With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry Stacy L. Beverly is the go-to Costume Designer when looking to establish specific genres, poignant expression and recognizable characters in film and television. She’s responsible for creating memorable and stylish images and red carpet appearances for Hollywood’s award winning and most gifted talent. She’s also headed up the costume departments for the YOU-TUBE web series “Step Up”, FOX’s “Rel” Pilot and ABC’s “Black-ish” Season 1. She’s also designed for the past hit television series “Girlfriends,” “The Game” Seasons 1-3 (the original CW series), Will Smith’s “All Of Us” Season 1 and Ava DuVernay’s award winning film “Middle of Nowhere.” During these projects she’s created looks and established very distinctive and monumental characters that are referenced and influential.

Hailing originally from Chicago, Illinois, Stacy has developed a keen and thorough sense of complex concepts, the layered and intricate detail and construction of specialty garments and the creation of exceptional characters based on her extensive knowledge of fashion, movement, environments, textiles, silhouettes. architecture and a vast array of experiences, interests and travels across the globe.

Stacy is a graduate of FIDM, located in downtown Los Angeles. There she studied Merchandise Marketing and Costume Design. She graduated Cum Laude and started working right away on feature films and in television.
