Stacy L. Beverly has become the epitome of chic fashion. She’s responsible for creating some of the most memorable and stylish images and red carpet looks for some of today’s hottest talent and entertainers. She’s also headed up the wardrobe department for ABC’s “Black-ish” Season 1 and she’s also designed for past television hit series like “Girlfriends,” “The Game” (The Original CW series) and Will Smith’s “All Of Us” Season 1 where she’s created very distinctive looks for all of the characters on each show.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Stacy has come a long way from her days of schlepping to school in the snow. Her fashion sense was apparent at an early age when she would often save her money to purchase expensive and unique clothing and accessories for special occasions. Even as a teenager, friends and family solicited fashion advice daily, as well as for special events. She developed looks for everyone within her reach and credits her influence and awareness of fashion, textiles, silhouettes and architecture to her Aunt Gladys, who would spend countless hours shopping at fabulous boutiques in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York, as well as outlet stores and vintage shops across the globe. That experience, coupled with her modeling career developed her flair for fashion that is quite unique and extraordinary.
Stacy is a graduate of FIDM, located in downtown Los Angeles. There she studied Merchandise Marketing and Design. She graduated Cum Laude and started working right away on feature films and television shows. “It’s just what I do. It’s like second nature, and at the same time, it’s challenging, it’s fun and it keeps me on my toes.” Along with designing sexy and edgy productions, Stacy is also working on her own clothing project that is certain to amaze!!
